nice hotel

Liked: hotel was a great location for local pubs and the city centre
Disliked: only draw back in the hotel was we couldnt get a hot shower but on the ladt day it was ok

Liked: Super location, love the complimentary coffee on arrival, and when you get in from your day out. Breakfast selection Fantastic and great set up. Front of house staff very friendly , bar handy for a nice cold beer. Lobby clean and welcoming. Great housekeeping.
Disliked: Room was cold, aircon didn't work, so we were given a heater and this helped. Thank you

Liked: tbh in the many visits we do to ibis which we love, this visit was not good so i only liked the location for what we had planned to do
Disliked: everything about this visit, the young who approached us, was of uninterested, she never listened, she was very unhelpful, regarding the help we needed , then don't get me started on the grubby shower and the coldness of the shower, morning lady on reception was more interested in her own phone when i was asking where the breakfast was, which was hidden behind the bar, and it was awful, you know i have two further bookings at this place and i am going to switch to the albert dock where they are more thoughtful and helpful i will never stay at the ibis cavern again it really as put me off staying

Fabulous Budget hotel.

Liked: I liked the simple check in / out process, and loved the price.
Disliked: Only criticism is difficulty with heating and no one answered the phone at reception when I rang for help, and only one toilet in the reception area.
