Liked: Really very nice and clean, the personal excellent, the best was the breakfast in the morning! The room was spectacular! I had a issue with my shower the crew sorted it quickly, I’ll back anytime

Good location - very basic...

Liked: The location was good. Bed was comfortable and room was a good temperature. Everything was clean enough and it was not too loud at night
Disliked: Although I had already 'checked in' online, I was asked to wait for 20 minutes in the reception while the staff checked people in and programmed their room keys.The shower was absolutely terrible. Barely warm and only a dribble of water pressure.

A lovely stay, sadly tainted

Liked: Very clean, lovely room in a very convenient location. Took a while to check in as they were short staffed on the desk and the whole reception was filled with people waiting
Disliked: The included breakfast was great value for money. Unfortunately,, after 1 bite of my toast, I noticed mould on the bread. This was pointed out to the staff, who were mortified and very apologetic. It’s a shame, because everything about this hotel was excellent otherwise
