Would have been good of...

Liked: Comfortable beds, fun decor, great location.
Disliked: My heating unit did not work. I was absolutely freezing and I could not get anything other than cold air out of it. I reported it to the staff and I was given an extra duvet but not offered a different room, and the unit was not fixed. So I was ok when in bed but not when getting changed.
