Disliked: Room was cosy, bathroom was small, sink too near the toilet

Terrible customer service

Recommended for visiting Leeds.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable room, staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great, right in the City Centre, but in a quieter street, next to many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping areas and points of interest.
Disliked: Everything about the shower was great, except that I had to hold the shower head while showering, otherwise the shower head would tend to face the wall. Wifi was mostly reliable, but would lag at times.

Liked: It was lovely and lovely and quiet, clean and the staff were very friendly. Free hot drinks was a plus and the whole hotel felt like luxury. In a perfect location
Disliked: The kettle was rusty inside so that put me off using it in the bedroom but that’s didn’t matter because there were hot drinks for free downstairs
