Liked: Location to everything
Disliked: Location of toilets in the hotel especially with having trouble climbing stairs. Being on top floor when my friend wanted a smoke was a bit of a problem but other than that it was a brilliant weekend and we will stay with you when we come to Leeds again

Lovely stay lovely place but...

Liked: It was lovely .clean .staff lovely.the only thing I'd say when I booked it it was £120.00 but on arriving was charged £139.95.? Didn't understand that ?.
Disliked: Change in orientation on arrival.

Fine.

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Room was not clean at all. Check-in also took about 30 minutes as there was a queue - no extra staff were put on to accommodate.
