Liked: the staff was very nice and welcoming , also was very good location. Right in the heart of Leeds city centre! Good nice hotelzx

Good value comfortable stay

Liked: Complimentary coffee at the reception. Comfortable spacious beds, decorated nicely.
Disliked: Shower head was leaky, the window does not open to let fresh air in. Not able to give ice buckets from the restaurant.

Wouldn’t stay again

Liked: The room was a good size and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: Paid £105. Paid extra £20 between us for breakfast. Breakfast was cold and not enough choice to say it was advertised as a full English breakfast. Pastries were stale. Coffee was undrinkable. We were woken at 3:30 am by people going to their rooms, rooms could be more soundproof. The curtain didn’t fully cover the window so a huge chunk of light bothered us all night. We were also kept awake by loud dripping somewhere in the walls. Bathroom was ridiculously small and impossible to sit comfortably when using the toilet unless you have no shoulders or arms.

Disliked: Room service - a curry or chips. Not great. We were shattered and wanted something more.I know it's not in your control. Was a bit annoyed by the person next to us leaving their dog alone for hours...where it just barked constantly.
