Liked: The water filling bottles you can have coffee for free 24/7 from breakfast area a great limited but perfect breakfast , very helpful and friendly staff
Disliked: The room size was too small but in paris its like that only so nothing off about it

Liked: Found the bed very hot - it was comfortable but the mattress protector makes for a sweaty sleep. Breakfast was basic but good. Reception staff were super lovely and helpful. Spoke excellent English. Very chilled vibe. We hung out in the lobby for a few hours before our taxi to the airport. Comfy sitting area. Room was tiny but to be expected in a big city. Would have liked a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Disappointed the tv wasn’t a smart tv. That needs to be upgraded. Otherwise highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: No smart tv and no kettle tea making facilities in room.

Liked: I recently stayed at this hotel and was blown away by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk team (Nabel namely) made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, offering helpful information about the hotel’s amenities and answering all my questions with patience.
