Liked: This property appears to be used to provide accommodation for homeless/vulnerable people. Drug taking is evident. There are no phones in the room and I was asked for my mobile number so they could make me aware my food was ready. I found this very strange. On the first night I was told there was no chef so the food available might be limited, so on the second evening I ordered a Chinese but was told not to eat it downstairs. On ordering a drink at 1pm before leaving staff had to check if alcohol was available before 3pm. It is easier to use the facilities of the pub/restaurant located next door.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious very fresh and plenty to choose from. Staff were very helpful and accomadating.
Disliked: If the smoking area was only permitted to the back door. People smoking at the main door was extremely noises when trying to sleep at night

Disliked: There was the constant noise of machinery in my room, which disturbed my sleep. The facilities in the room fall below that of other hotels at a similar price point.
