Liked: Breakfast choice was good. Unfortunately staff seemed to be less than organised, the hot water machine was not ready, juice/ water dispenser not working, no butter or margarine beside the bread.
Disliked: Pillows were hard, quilt was thin. Bedding wasn't as white as it should have been

Liked: Really liked that the room was cozy and had everything I needed for my stay. Didn't opt for breakfast but the coffee&tea complementaries were great for slow&quiet morning vibes. For my anxiety and sensory overwhelm this option to recharge in peace was amazing to have!
Disliked: There aren't really any things I didn't like...I couldn't figure out how to keep the thermostat to a temperature I preferred, but that wasn't a dealbreaker at all, fatigue amplifies the cold sensation for me and i just layered up a bit during the day and otherwise nested cozily under the thick warm duvet
