Supportive and safe environment.

Liked: The staff went above and beyond their duties to be helpful in difficult circumstances. They take their responsibilities for the safety and comfort of their guests very seriously.

Very good

Liked: Very clean and comfortable rooms, nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Wonderful place to stay

Liked: Perfect place to stay in Glasgow. Staff amazing. Very friendly & helpful. Room had everything i needed. Even an iron & ironing board. Very clean. Will definitely stay again. Less than 5 minutes walk from Glasgow Central.

Okay for the Sunday night...

Liked: Pros: Room size was okay, if a little awkwardly laid out. The bed was comfortable.Good lighting options. Quiet.Cons: windows can't be opened so temperature regulation is solely from air conditioning. This resulted in a really dry atmosphere that kept waking me up at night. There were also a few minor niggles: stains on carpet and sofa, loose knob on shower, told at reception that there was more hotel info on the TV but this did not seem to be the case.
