Could have been a lovely...

Liked: Near the train station, Friendly staff, very clean. Hotel staff did apologize about my problems and said I could have asked for help but when your already getting into bed it's too late to get dressed and go down to reception.
Disliked: Not enough instructions on how to use the rooms heating system. I was very cold and the duvet was very thin so had an unpleasant nights sleep. No heating in the shower room either. Breakfast, although plenty of choice food was dried out and not hot. Which is a shame as the dining room was very pleasant.

Really enjoyed our stay.

Disliked: Poor air conditioning. Very stuffy.
