Liked: Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Early morning breakfast sorted.
Disliked: 10% service charge on food order at bar. After consulting menu, bar staff eventually confirmed it was actually discretionary charge. Bit annoying as staff initially gave the impression this charge was standard

Liked: Location and nicely done Christmassy vibe. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Wasn't a hotel problem but at the continental breakfast we saw a few people picking up food and putting it back.

Great location, rail, tram and...

Liked: Changed one of the rooms because of a smell (drains?)
Disliked: The steps at the entrance are difficult for some a handrail on one side would be a huge improvement
