Great location but too hot...

Liked: The breakfast buffet was a big hit with my family, and we also liked the modern decor and central location.
Disliked: The rooms are advertised as having air con, but the hotel staff explained to me that the hotel’s air con isn't actually switched on until May, and in fact the central heating was still on - despite it being 20c outside (in April). I was told that, in order to cool my room, I’d have to keep the window open. But the central location means it’s very noisy at night so this really wasn’t an option. As a result, the room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy, and I got little sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again at this time of year.

Liked: Really comfortable room. Excellent location, easy car parking. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Mattress on beds had toppers, so slipped away during the night. But that said they were comfortable.
