Pleasant, comfortable, great location

Liked: The staff was kind and helpful, although I never was brought the extra blanket I requested. The free breakfast was lovely. The room was clean, comfortable, and full of light with the curtains open. At night it was poorly lit, particularly by the sink. I wish there had been a comfortable place to sit in addition to the bed.

Liked: The staff were always very friendly and available to help at anytime. Staircase was beautiful and the location was fab. Free tea and coffee was great.
Disliked: No privacy in the toilet with the saloon doors. Very noisy in the room at night from trams and bells outside. Even though hotel provided ear plugs it was difficult to sleep to be honest. Could also hear noise from outside of door very clearly.

Disliked: I arrived around midnight, the receptionist told me to go away cause the room is booked by somebody else.Had some adventures afterwards, did not like it at all.

Very cute and well priced

Liked: The location is prime, very near the center of the Hague, close to where we wanted to go, also pretty close to the train station. Rooms are nice a clean, staff is super friendly!!
Disliked: The walls are slightly thin, or maybe it is the doors. As such, when other hotel go-ers are leaving the residence in the morning, you can hear the talking and steps pretty loudly.

Liked: Very pleasant hotel in a nice historical building very well located. Room had nice views of the city, and its staff were so kind and helping.
