Great stay

Liked: good size room, very comfortable bed. shower was clean and had lots of soap/shampoo. Towels were clean and fresh. Curtains were fantastic and basically black out (a big bonus travelling with a 4 year old!)
Disliked: TV was unplugged at the socket and the cover was hanging off. A bit dangerous traveling with a child.Hair dryer could have been more powerful.

Short stay

Liked: I liked that there was a gym on site. I also liked that there was a large lounge area to relax. Good location for my needs.
Disliked: The fire alarm went off for quite a while. Staff did not advise customers to vacate. People on my floor were coming out of their rooms and wondering what was going on. I felt uneasy that there was not a fire Marshall facilitating us to the fire exit. When I I hit to the ground floor nobody was reassured and we stood outside for 5/6 mins waiting for the alarm to go off.

Liked: Staff were friendly helpful and politeLocation was perfect, and quietFood was very good value for money
Disliked: More milk sachets in room to start with, but this is not a major issue at all, as we were give more when we asked.
