Liked: The location is excellent the metro is a minute away and there is a frequent service into central Copenhagen. There is a really nice foyer with good places to sit and free coffee this was such a lovely feature. The staff were excellent very friendly. Location also has supermarket and local restaurants
Disliked: There was a bit of noise from the metro with window open and the air conditioning was a bit difficult to get to just the right temperature

Liked: It was very clean and modern from my perspective. Hotel is next to the metro station but that was a problem at all, I was not able to hear any noise during my stay from the trains which was great and also the metro is near so that is a big plus. Receptionist was very helpful and kind, they even changed my room since I came before 15:00 (check in time) and my room was not clean yet so I could rest. I very appreciate that. Over all really nice stay and would come back again.

Liked: clean nice staff and really confy The room was perfectly clean daily, comfortable temperature, the AC works well, the bed was great too, there was coffee tea and a kettle with ceramic mugs. We got free water and free use of the coffee machine in the lobby.
Disliked: nothing to point out except the overall price was a bit expensive, so was the dinner at the lobby, but otherwise great.
