Good location, bar and restaurant...

Liked: Great staff, everyone was very helpful!!
Disliked: TV did not work and only one overhead light in our first room but front desk came through and found another room with proper lighting and TV with great picture quality.. !!!

Disliked: There was only 1 staff doing dinner orders, doing drinks and serving foodThe poor girl was running off her feet and people were waiting to be servedDrinks came after dinnerAt breakfast the coffee machine did not workAnd there were no cutlery left

Things get easy , when...

Liked: I had to book this one quite right on the spot and to my surprise the price of a nice family room was still $128 and the staff was very nice too. Especially this young lady who was at the counter and made me feel so so welcome and made sure , every thing has been taken care of . So my dear friend, I don't even know your name .But whenever I come to the capital of Australia, without Hesitation I would book the place in Ibis styles CANBERRA

Filthy, misleading, overpriced and appalling...

Liked: Nothing! Worst place I’ve ever stayed and I’m amending photos of the ants and insects to co Sumer affairs.
Disliked: The room was covered in insects and ants all along the woodwork and counter top and throughout the bathroom. There was no remote for the TV (rendering it useless) and worst of all, despite my booking including breakfast when I booked, it disappeared from my booking and we were told that we had to pay extra - while we were in the middle of eating (as opposed to beforehand. When we would have then had the choice to leave). Breakfast is an astounding $25 per head, despite there being empty bowls and barely any food available by the time we went down at 9:15. In total, it could not have been worse and I will never so much as go near an Ibis Styles again.

Disliked: When I arrived very late at night .12 midnight was very tried staff did not know we're my room was told me it was right down the other end. I parked my car and could not find my room after looking for over half ahour I went back to ask staff member to take me to my room as I was tried and need sleep.he found it later so it was nearly 1 00 in the morning till my room was found with was right in above the lobby .and to top it of I asked for a balcony room .
