Disliked: Booked n paid for two rooms with breakfast, upon checking in and paying we were told that there would be no servicing of the rooms and no breakfast. We explained we had booked n just paid for breakfast for two mornings for 5 adults. The clerk suggested that we ask for a refund on check out I said no! I want it refunded now! The two rooms were in separate buildings!!!!One room the remote for the aircon didn’t work so the air conditioner ran constantly. The other room the list of faults are as follows. No hot water in basin, exhaust vent both broken and filthy dirty, the balcony was filthy, the window would not open, the switch beside the bed was tapped over, the remote holder on the wall wasn’t attached properly, the curtains were not attached properly, one seat was torn, This is a dump Don’t stay here.

Ideal location and quiet environment.

Liked: The Location was perfect and overall experience was great but on the last day of my stay there were a lot of noise coming from the rooms upstairs which lasted a few hours into the night which kind of disturbed the peace at night. Kids stamping their feet and making a lot of noise.
Disliked: The location and quiet environment.
