Not worth the money, overpriced.

Liked: Location was central and easy to get around.Front desk attendants were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.
Disliked: The guest laundry room was out of service, was not informed. Nearest laundry service was a dry cleaning a couple of streets down. The cleanliness of the room was below average, mini fridge had stains, carpets were poorly vacuumed with noticeably dust in the corners. Scuff marks on the walls and Facial cloth was not replaced during the stay.No room service.

Liked: Very convenient location, easy to walk to CBD shopping centres such as Queen Street Mall and Up Town, heaps of cafe's and restaurants close by! and very easy walk to South Bank! Room was comfortable and clean, aircon worked really well, TV with access to local channels, full length mirror in the room along with hair dryer, iron and ironing board plus a safe! Would definitely recommend!
Disliked: One main thing was the light from the hallway seeped through the cracks in the door and made the room a bit bright when trying to sleep, also the doors were very loud when they closed so I could hear other people going in and out of their rooms through the night. Due to it being a very central location, I could hear the traffic sometimes but mostly when it was a loud car. Otherwise, I'd definitely stay here again!!

Disliked: We chose hotel as described as having a laundry room. As we are travelling for 2 months. So important for us to have laundry services. Was not working whilst we were there.

Liked: Great location to the convention centre, so much to see and do in walking distance.
Disliked: Noisy music from across the road at a night club / pub which kept me awake until midnight. Not ideal if you needing a good sleep.

Disliked: The pillows and the mattress were a little uncomfortable
