A great stay for a...

Liked: The rooms were decent, and very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.
Disliked: Breakfast was okay, but a little underwhelming.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. The location was good. Room was of decent size and comfortable. However it is quite dated with low quality decor, images make the property interior look modern but in reality it is run down with some quirky touches to try and hide this but needs some real upgrading. Shame that all facilities were out of use as booked this on that basis and whilst we were informed of this in advance by this time it was too late to book elsewhere. Breakfast was OK and value for price but quite limited choice.

Disliked: Only one regular tea bag, plenty of decaff. Not enough milk either.

Disliked: I didnt end up spending the night, and they wouldn't give a refund or part refund.It was dirty, small, bathroom door wouldn't shut because there was no handle, stains on carpet amd walls.Plug socket not working.We were in this hotel for aboit a hour in total and it was only that long because we were waiting to change rooms because the first one was even worse than the second.Wouldn't recommend this hotel and will never go back.
