Seriously below average.

Liked: Friendly guy at check in.
Disliked: Room was poorly finished, bathroom had hairs in the bath and couldn’t get the shower to run at a temperature that didn’t burn. The air con / heating system in the room wouldn’t allow me to turn up the heating so I was freezing. They make you pay for parking and take a £50 card hold which I really didn’t appreciate. All in very poor.

Disliked: Shower had bad pressure and no hot water. No phone in the room and no response from them on WhatsApp so I’m seeking a refund

Liked: The place was bright and clean,helpful reception ist.
Disliked: It was a bit noisy during the night,an almost continual tapping noise during the night which I couldn't ignore,I didn't sleep very well at all due to this and a bit noisy near the road,at the front of the hotel. I didn't sleep well at all but that is my experience and someone else could be fine of course.Also,£10 to park,I don't agree with this at all,I've booked a room at a place that has a car park.
