Beds; rooms; staff all excellent.

Liked: Perfect location for venue and restaurants/ bars.
Disliked: No fridge . Breakfast buffet not very nice! Bigger towels.

Disliked: Breakfast was a little basic

Liked: Friendly staff , pretty clean , plenty tea and coffee
Disliked: Bed was not comfortable kind of swallowed you up into the middle. Not a nice view to look out of the window. Room 302. Breakfast I had a hair in my hash brown but breakfast staff didn't understand me well and no reception there when leaving to say.Dated rooms.

Liked: Staff brilliant bed so comfy very clean and very near Xmas markets and the city we had a fantastic 1nt stay

Disliked: Initially staff member was less than helpful but staff after were lovely.

Liked: The location was perfect and the on-site parking was excellent.
Disliked: Although they allow dogs to stay, on payment of an extra fee, they provide totally inadequate facilitates for you to enjoy breakfast when you are accompanied by a dog. I shall be writing to the CEO.
