Overall comfy stay. Nice breakfast and liked the free hot drinks.

Liked: Comfy room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Having to pay for breakfast. It should be included in the price!

Beds; rooms; staff all excellent.

Liked: Perfect location for venue and restaurants/ bars.
Disliked: No fridge . Breakfast buffet not very nice! Bigger towels.

Liked: Wasn’t a comfortable family room. Any child over the age of 3 can’t not sleep on that so called sofa bed. It uncomfortable and the mattress is very very thin. We had to pay for another room and cut of little break short.

Liked: The booking said "check in from 3". We got there at around half 3, and was told the room wasn't ready. We was given "complementary drinks", unfortunately non were suitable for my son (I asked for a tonic water, squash or anything that wasn't full of sugar and colours!) We then had to wait an hour and a half! With a 5 year old is not fun!
