Overall comfy stay. Nice breakfast and liked the free hot drinks.

Liked: Comfy room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Having to pay for breakfast. It should be included in the price!

Beds; rooms; staff all excellent.

Liked: Perfect location for venue and restaurants/ bars.
Disliked: No fridge . Breakfast buffet not very nice! Bigger towels.

Liked: Great location, great parking, comfortable bed, clean & good value for money.
Disliked: Hairdryer only blew cold air, pillows too big (must remember to bring my own next time), handle untidy on toilet, BBC 1 had no volume on my TV & the remote was unclean.

Liked: Great location for city centre.Not long to get to coach station.Plus walking distance to the sympathy hall n back

Good value, don't believe the...

Liked: The room was good for the price. The welcome on arrival was charming, as was the dude on late night bar duty.
Disliked: We were told we couldn't have breakfast because it had "closed" at 10am even though the sign insode the lift says 10:30. People who had arrived just before us were still eating, and there were mounds of sausages and bacon on the buffet. It seems a shame they would rather throw that food away than let us eat it.
