Liked: The beds where like sleeping on a park bench and the pillows so big your neck was in bits by the morning. Had no sleep all night.The rest of the hotel and bar was fine including the staff.

Great location for NEC expo...

Liked: Rooms too hot and air con didn’t work as expected.

Amazing facilities!

Liked: Really clean room with lots of facilities! The staff were really kind and helpful, and checking in and out was super easy. Bed was comfortable, and it had easy access to the NEC, and it was super affordable. Would totally recommend for anyone going to any kind of convention at the NEC, super stress free and great rooms!

Good breakfast and good location

Liked: I think if you are staying at the property you should be allowed to park there free of charge

Basic hotel with nice staff

Liked: All staff polite and welcoming - on arrival and in bar/restaurant.
Disliked: Food options not great. Disappointing for an airport hotel. Very strong smell of curry in bar and restaurant area. Lift floor dirty. Hotel difficult to find at night from airport. Would not recommend location for solo female traveller due to lack of signage and street lighting.

Good value.

Disliked: Couldn't regulate room temp, one window didn't open, TV reception was poor, had to pay for car-parking, lighting control poor.
