Liked: Not much
Disliked: The fact that the cooked breakfast didn't start until 07:00 when on the website it states that it begins at 06:30. This was actually the reason why I booked to stay in the first place

good hotel but staff could...

Liked: good breakfast but dining room very busy and lots of plates on empty tables. lovely Irish lady on reception, had a lovely manner
Disliked: staff not clearing up at breakfast, only one staff ,member on desk so a wait to book in.

Premium experience for cheap as...

Liked: Honestly, the place feels like a premium hotel. The hotel is just fantastic, modern and clean. The room was super clean, modern, and comfortable. It's a perfect location for catching early flights from Birmingham airport, as it's only a 10-minute walk away.
