First time at an Ibis hotel as the price at Premier Inn was ridiculous so decided to look elsewhere. I was really impressed with the whole hotel. Reception staff were lovely and really helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and I couldn’t have asked for more. Excellent value as well.

Liked: Clean and modern at a reasonable price.
Disliked: None.

Not the best

Disliked: Arrived to check in and was told the rooms I had booked hadn’t been put through properly by booking .com so we’re not showing on system! After about an hour we managed to check in.!Returned back to hotel after a party and was disgusted by the night porter who was rude and seemed like he couldn’t be bothered with being there! Room keys didn’t work correctly either! Disappointed with the staffs attitudes.!

Liked: Everything was great however when we got in the room it did smell like someone had been to the loo 2 mins before we opened the door. It lingered for several hours :( no drama we all poo but wow let’s get some air freshener
