First time at an Ibis hotel as the price at Premier Inn was ridiculous so decided to look elsewhere. I was really impressed with the whole hotel. Reception staff were lovely and really helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and I couldn’t have asked for more. Excellent value as well.

Disliked: Room not cleaned during 5 night stay.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff.

Liked: The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.The staff were so professional and down to earth at the same time. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel even if it was only for one night. I would use the hotel again.
Disliked: There are no complaints because there was nothing i did not like.

Disliked: We like to sleep with the window open but our room was facing the train lines and a busy road, so a little noisy with window open. No problem with window closed. Would stay again but ask for a room on a different side
