First time at an Ibis hotel as the price at Premier Inn was ridiculous so decided to look elsewhere. I was really impressed with the whole hotel. Reception staff were lovely and really helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and I couldn’t have asked for more. Excellent value as well.

Liked: Everything was great - very clean, comfy bed and pillows, special request followed up on and actioned. We could have had breakfast / a drink / used the communal areas but no need on this occasion. Very friendly receptionist/manager who knew Customer Care - she was excellent!
Disliked: Not the Ibis fault, but as usual doors banging at all hours. Also, someone having a full blown hands-free conversation in the middle of the night on the car park. We were on the third floor and could hear it all (we were warm and did have the window open). Why do people not have respect for others!
