Liked: This is a perfect place to stay in Arras over the festive season as its in easy walking distance of the Christmas market, the ancient squares and to the light show on the cathedral. We were completely charmed. The rooms are compact but have everything one needs and the breakfast was very good with pancakes, boiled eggs and the usual ham and cheese and bread. Staff were attentive and helpful and there is a carpark at the back which is only 10 euros. It was a perfect place to stop en route to Calais.

Liked: Location was great. A short walk to the historic city center.Good access to motorwaysRoom size was good. Friendly and accommodating staff.
Disliked: Breakfast choice although good was perhaps limited or at least not in par with expectations.

Disliked: No tea or coffee complementary water facilities in the room.Breakfast seemed a little chaotic, didn’t seem enough staff to keep breakfast stocked, cutlery, plates, bowls bread etc This wasn’t the staffs fault as they were all working really hard

Liked: Excellent place for a short-term stay, close to the motorway. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms and overall good value-for-money
