amazing staff

Liked: loved the place, simple, easy, beautifully comfy beds to fall into after a day of glorious coffee shop hopping. staff can't not do enough for you. perfectly situated. see yous soon.

Liked: Very friendly staff nicest staff in all my years in amsterdam .especially the amercian girl .exceptional manners
Disliked: Had no faults .the lifts broke was fixed with in hour so thats worse but was told be to days so they fixed sooner
