Great location & staff

Liked: Loved the location. Not very far from the centre. The tram & metro line are very close to the hotel. The services were also good. Enjoyed our stay here

With an excellent location, and...

Liked: All the hotel staff were always very polite and available, 10 out of 10, the breakfast staff were very attentive and pleasant, especially a Chinese lady who takes care of the smallest details, congratulations.
Disliked: The bed was very small and uncomfortable for me, when I woke up I felt like I hadn't slept well. I'm 1.80 m tall. The overall cleaning was good, but the pillows weren't clean and had old dirt stuck to them.
