Superb

Liked: Good breakfast, reasonably spacy rooms and bathrooms. Very helpful regarding early breakfast and coffee during the day.
Disliked: I initially got assigned a room in the basement which was next to the maintenance cabinet. A lot of noise in the morning unfortunately. Luckily I could be moved to another room.

Liked: Location Is nice
Disliked: It is not ibis . it is some old house converted as hotel. They put me in a cellar without windows. They said near to central but it is long distance from city centre.need to take trams 5-6 stops .If ur carrying luggage and kids god only should help you.. I feel it is cheating by the management to lure innocent customers

Comfy, accessible and friendly!

Liked: Comfy and spacious room, excellent and really friendly staff, close to tram lines too. Staff allowed us to check into a room early, which was a bonus too!
Disliked: Due to being in a room next to reception/the front street, it was a little noisy at times, however, staff checked this with us prior to us agreeing to this room so I can’t complain too much as we had a choice in accepting the room and knew we wouldn’t be spending too much time there. It didn’t impact my sleep which was the main thing!
