Disliked: the lobby was a bit noisy and some very unpolite kids were playing in the corridors. The hotel corridors should be prohibited to kids plays.

Perfect location great atmosphere

Excellent hotel in the heart...

Liked: THe hotel was in a great position, really convenient for the centre of town, the cathedral and the train station. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they were a joy to deal with. The room was really comfortable and the bar / restaurant was a lovely space to relax in. The underground car park, even though it was an extra cost, was the icing on the cake that really made our stay hassle free. Thanks for helping us have a fantastic new year!

A nice and convenient stay...

Liked: Very good location in the city center. Beautiful lounge area, nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Room was very basic for the price. No possibility to have any kind of plain food in the evening, like a sandwich, a toast or any packaged meal.

Liked: Location. Staff nice.
Disliked: The concept of pseudo-eco hotel. They limit room temperature to 19 degres. Not good when very cold. Then if you ask, they give you an extra electric heating. Obviously you run the small electric heater all day/night. Not very eco. Overall this concept of eco-hotel is more saving money for Accor. I will avoid Ibis from now on.
