Comfort on budget

Liked: To be honest, the room was bright and spacious. It had a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Spending the night there was a delightful experience.
Disliked: Maybe one downside was that the two split beds kept sliding apart. This made it a bit inconvenient at times while sleeping. It would have been better if they stayed together.

Passable

Liked: The location of the hotel is good. The room is clean, and the staff member Dominik helped us by putting our luggage in his room, so we didn’t have to wait until check-in time.
Disliked: There was no staff available for check-in. We tried to check in, but we did not receive any email, so we had to request assistance from the hotel staff. The system is terrible

Very Pleasant

Liked: The room was very cute and clean. The staff were very nice.
Disliked: Once at night the shower wouldn’t get hot enough.

Nice hotel but I'd rather...

Liked: The breakfast was nice and the room was well appointed, key system was easy to work.
Disliked: The smell of air freshener in the room was hugely overpowering and wasn't great for my nose. I ended up trying to sleep with the window open in very cold weather as it hung around well into the morning!

Exceptional

Liked: A great place to stay. Just if u r booking through booking then keep in mind that they may not receive the payment right away and that u may need to call someone for help or wait a lot till the payment is processed and keys received

Liked: The people from the reception were very nice and friendly.
Disliked: The self-check-in didn't work for us. There are long periods of the day when no one is in the reception.

Liked: It was all nice and cozy in the room. Overall a good experience and close to U-bahn after ehich just 2 stations leed to the town center.
Disliked: Don't like part was realy stresfull and I must write this. It is related to online check-in. In reality it is a nightmare. I came to Stuttgart and my link wasn't working at all. Online service told me that they have no reservation on my name. 4 hours took them to finaly send the right link. Not cool and pleasant. Actually there is someone at hotel who can help, but you don't know it haha. If the problem arise, just go there. Many thanks to Max!
