Liked: Design, price-performance, location, and stuff are top. Online check-in/out was very easy.
Disliked: The shower was a bit dirty, and the water got extreme hot during taking shower. It is dangerous for kids. It must be repaired immediately.

One night stay in Stuttgart...

Liked: Although this hotel was contactless they responded to my inquiries so fast … I had problem regarding ac it was so cold I messaged the munchen messe they promptly send message to Stuttgart and the guy came and fixed my issue
Disliked: Not having coffee machine in room- not having refrigerator

Liked: I loved that everything was digitally and it also worked without problems for me. The location is convenient, because it's close to a station. I liked the area at the ground floor, including the vending machines.
Disliked: It wasn't clear to me that I also had to check out digitally. At first I thought it's okay to just leave in time, but after I looked through the web app I've seen somewhere the checkout button. Maybe I just missed the info somewhere, but I've also seen some other travelers who were also confused and couldn't find the button at first, so I guess this could be improved. The shower door has a hole as a handle, which isn't really smart considering that water can escape easily. I got some water on the floor when I took a shower there the first time, because I didn't notice it soon enough. In my case the water temperature was also not consistent and heavily fluctuated between cold and hot, making it difficult to have a relaxing shower. It's very difficult to find a parking spot around the area from this place. The hotel also has a garage, but it's not free for people who stay and you also can't get a discount either, apparently. It's very expensive if you want to park your car there at night. If you already pay lots of money to stay there I would have expected to at least also get an easy way to park my car.

The price-benefit balance is amazing...

Liked: The hotel is in a good location and has public transportation options. During our trip, we were by car but it's not a big need.The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Many thanks for their support and help.
Disliked: The shower's hot and cold water balance was very bad. I think the shower in the room (605) I stayed in was like this only. This will not be a problem if the bathroom faucet is renewed.
