Good

Liked: Very well positioned in front of the railway station and at 15 min from the Cathedral (city center).Free water dispenser at the reception. Gentle staff.
Disliked: The beds were not comfortable

Pleasant

Disliked: The tariff of the parking 15.50 eur/day (reduction from the hotel).is not true. I was disappointed. I paid more and the staff did not help.

Good place to stay in...

Liked: Nice view. Close to gare and parking. Many shops and restaurants around the area. Reasonable rate per night.

Liked: The location is good. The staff was friendly and the room was quite large and extremely clean however there should be more attentikn on the cleaning for example in our room the water tap wasn't clean.
Disliked: Nothing

Good location and value for...

Liked: Excellent location, very nice staff, especially Hugo who was very helpful. Decent size room and bathroom.
Disliked: I was on the 7th floor where the ceiling is quite low, I could touch it, but the view was great.

Good for short trip

Liked: The location is good, near central station, Mc.D and Carrefour. The knowledge of one of receptionist is not good. She did not aware of facility of the room such as AC is not working when the weather is cold.

Convenient location and excellent breakfast.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. The location being close to the station was great as we were travelling by train. We also had a great view of the station from our room.
Disliked: The top of the toilet bowl would benefit from deep cleaning, and the towels could have been better, but overall we’ve no complaints.
