Good location for event and...

Liked: Stayed here as there was an event held at Novotel across the road. Everything we needed was there. Only comment to make was bed sheets were slightly dirty/stained (this looked like a built-in stain). Otherwise did the job for our short stay.

Liked: I got to the hotel at 12.45 and reception staff wanted to charge me £20 to check in Never had this in any hotel I know the it say 15.00 but I'd been travelling since 05.30 Really let yourselves down So it's back to premiere Inn

Liked: Liked how friendly most of the staff were to me, an older solo traveler in need of help in booking my bus travel to Heathrow. Liked the casual atmosphere. Liked location close enough to walk to IKEA and the cruise dock.
