Stayed here with my daughter for one night while attending a concert at the Motorpoint Arena. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The 24/7 snack menu didnt give many choices although breakfast was an all you can eat buffet and very nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff; lovely, clean room; very close to the venue and easy to reach and find as well. I'd recommend it to anyone and go back there myself when next in Sheffield at a show.

Liked: Ideal location for transport, city centre. Rooms comfortable although compact size for a double. Overall hotel is very clean, comfortable. Buffet breakfast excellent. Regularly use this Ibis and price for room, breakfast is good value.
Disliked: Staff can seem functional without being warm.. My usual experience of limited enthusiasm by staff in the UK hospitality customer service experiences.

Disliked: The noisy guests early this morning very inconsiderate. Quite loud and intoxicated.
