Overall excellent

Liked: The bed was comfortable. Wish I could go out and buy the same pillows. So comfortable! Pet friendly was key. Was easy to come and go with our dog.
Disliked: There should be USB or phone charging places next to the bed. Didn't love the big plastic chair for the desk. Wish there was a fan in the bathroom.

Served our stopover purposes

Liked: Clean, served our purpose of stop over. Breakfast and evening meals good. Service from Manuel in evening excellent. Hombre on front desk at arrival and early departure very helpful.
Disliked: Some female members of staff on front desk and in restaurant quite unhelpful and even rude!Maybe some rooms should offer bath tubs.

Liked: The Hotel staff were extremely helpful, I was only staying 3 nights, so wanted to get as much done as possible, absolutely AMAZING guidance on what to see.Hotel perfectly positioned for all transport hubs and city centre 20 minutes by bus.
Disliked: Nothing.
