The hotel spoiled the impression...

Liked: woman at the reception was a really nice person willing to help, but we had met her before we entered our stinky room
Disliked: the room was awful, it smelled with cat pee or something else from the sewage in the bathroom, I had a headache because of it, that's how strong it was. The guy at the reception suggested to use some toilet spray fresher. I said it wouldn't help, and it's better to change the room, and for this he said that they were fully booked. I hate misleading information and lying the most in the world, and that lie was so obvious and so disrespectful towards their clients. The same day they advertised their rooms at the billboard for 80 euros. Next 2 days for 80 and 100 respectively. Fully booked, year right?In March, right? The bed sheets were in lots of dirt or dust.I don't recommend the area as well, as it's gross and the garbage is everywhere. Better find a hotel in the centre, where they clean the streets at least...

Liked: Location is 5 mins from airport. That is all that is good. And reason why we booked in this hotel.
Disliked: Front desk was rude and unacommodating during our 5 hour stay to just lounge and relax before going to the airport for our 6am flight. Never booking again in this hotel! Worst hotel experience for my family who travels a lot. There are more hotels in the area worth the €100!

Liked: Customers service was amazing. The recepcionist were so friendly, helpful and patient.

Liked: Staff and breakfast were good enough. Room was quiet but it was the last one in the corridor.
Disliked: The bed is very uncomfortable, the pillows were very thin and they didn’t help sleeping. The bathroom was a kind of disable one in which I didn’t ask for and not applicable to me. The water was flowing under the bath box and it stayed there the whole time.

Not a good stay, but...

Liked: Had a bar and snacks on offer.
Disliked: Miserable place in the middle of an industrial estate. Wasn’t feeling well, extended my stay for another night and they charged me double, I was not happy, the Chavis ibis extended my stay there for the same price as the original booking.com price, this was poor customer service.

Superb

Liked: The service, clean, easy to access and great value for money.
