Liked: Convenient location after a long flight amd then rail link. The room was comfortable and clean except for some dental tape on the floor of the bathroom.It was jist what i needed. A nice bed, warm room, good price, nothing too fancy and with a good breakfast..
Disliked: It was all good.

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: IBIS hired a bunch of zombies and unprofessional staff with zero hospitality. The room is very cold not enough warm coming out of the heater. The bed caused me body pain because they added another layer (mattress) on an older one making, the bed Uncomfortable. They ran out of alcoholic drinks at the reception, I had to go out that night. The receptionist locked me outside, they never gave me sufficient information upon arrival, that my keys can be used to come in, when I protested being locked out they allowed a stranger not lodged in the hotel come from outside to assault me, now that was strange. I saw a man walk through the door asking me out of a hotel I paged for because I expressed frustration for being kept outside for that long a time. they never gave me sufficient information upon arrival that my keys can be used to come in, when I protested being locked out, they called the police and had me arrested for expressing anger and frustration. They further conspired with the total stranger who wasn’t lodged in the hotel to fight and assault me. That hotel is an absolutely insecure. The staff would later lie to the police that i was aggressive and they were afraid of my approach.

Really good overall, nice clean...
