We stayed overnight to attend Adam Ant concert at Portsmouth Guildhall. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Liked: Brilliant staff.
Disliked: Just a bit of noise from youngsters but not really a problem.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. We chose this hotel as it was near the Portsmouth Guildhall. We had tickets to see Bryan Ferry (unfortunately due to ill health he had to cancel). Will definitely use this hotel again when the concert is re-scheduled.

Conveniently located for harbour with...

Liked: Great location for the harbour very early morning.
Disliked: Room was really tiny, two people felt like two much.

Budget facilities at a budget...

Liked: Location, the bed was very comfortable and the reception staff were helpful, polite and friendly.
Disliked: Bathroom is ridiculously small, the bedroom feels like the furniture is on top of each other, dusty cobwebs sitting in the wardrobe and clinging to the wall above the bed. No tissues in the room or phone to call reception, extra room amenities would have been a nice touch for the price paid.

Liked: Cozy neat little room. Had all necessary facilities. Staff were great.
Disliked: The heating in the room was working, but for the room size wasn't heating enough to circulate
