Liked: We have been coming to the ibis now for 3 years, we have family in Plymouth, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else, the staff are as always friendly and helpful, and nothing is ever to much for them, the rooms are immaculate, clean and warm with polite room service attendants, we use the bar frequently and bar staff are brilliant id give the ibis 20 out of 10 x

Liked: Reasonably priced, polite and helpful staff, very clean

A small comfortable and welcoming...

Liked: Comfy bed. Great access to outside with dog. Parking outside room. Cosy warm feel to reception area especially where the sofas and fire are. Staff are so friendly. Sausage and mash and the steak pie dinner were very good.
Disliked: The buffet cooked breakfast was not great.
