Liked: Perfect motel style hotel located on edge of A38. Excellent soundproofing meant no disturbance by traffic. Clean, well thought out facilities. Big TV & beverage making facilities.Friendly staff & swift restaurant service.

Excellent hotel, fabulous staff

Liked: This is a great hotel just off the main parkway. Very clean and tidy room with everything you need. Lovely sitting areas in and outside the hotel. Staff were absolutely amazing. I had the chicken katsu with rice for dinner and it was very good!
Disliked: Nothing - it was all excellent!

Liked: The receptionist was amazing and she always is. I cannot remember her name but she has been there for years. always so positive and nice. great ambassador for the Ibis Plymouth.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind. perhaps the wifi is a little slow.

Liked: From the very start, our welcome from Kevin on reception, set the tone for a very relaxed one night stay. This hotel is not luxurious but relaxed and very enjoyable.Would definitely stay again when the need arises.
