Dissapointing

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: No parking options despite booking.com showing they do (using tick box!), staff not friendly, rooms very small. I still do not have a receipt for breakfast despite being told I would have it in 5 minutes. Left and I am still chasing, wasting my time.

Disliked: only grumble shower area is quite small and my shower gel didn't get topped up for the 5 nights I was there.

Great location with lovely breakfast.

Liked: Easy commute from Airport to Underground station, then short walk to hotel. In a reasonably busy area and appeared safe for when we arrived after 8pm. Located right near the shopping mall so easy access for anything you may need. Buffet breakfast was a treat with many options.
Disliked: Rooms were a little small, but for the price and short stay, it met with our needs.

Passable

Liked: The location was perfect for public transport and local resturants
Disliked: The TV didn't work. I asked staff to help but they seemed pretty occupied.
