room is renovating and really...

Liked: the location is excellent as it's close to Perth underground and easily find something eat before 6pm, even after it still be able to get food. if looking for bus or airport line, there's close to Perth Busport and Perth station.The room is simply decorated that you would feel tidy and comfortable.
Disliked: as there are some renovations, some facilities may need to clean up and fixtures can be done better. the room has some smell after renovation, not strong anyway.the shower, it didn't label which one is cold/hot and which side is for tight/loose.

Disliked: No Towels were provided. The maid forgot.The Rubbish bin was not emptied. The cleanng staff needs to improve their standard.The Lobby was under renovations so it was a bit unorganised.

Disliked: The building is un renovation The doorbell didn't work. It took a while to get in.The first room they put me in still had VOC fumes from glues and new carpert and a loud whirring noise I was relocated to the unrefurbished section on level 4...great no smell but old and shabby...the whirring drone still there, reception thought it might be in the pipesIn the morning thr driving and hammering started st 5.30am It was not a good rest The mattress had a deep dip
