Good for one a one...

Liked: The people were nice great and friendly staff. Breakfast was simple nothing fancy but it did the job. The location is great!
Disliked: The mattress was very hard, and uncomfortable, we did not sleep much or well.

Very good

Liked: Helpful staff on the whole and good bakeries and restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Some staff were friendlier than others

Passable

Liked: The hotel room is very small and basic amenities are not available in room service like glass of water. You have to go to the kitchen area to get the water every time or bring your own water bottle otherwise the room is clean and the staff are very friendly.Breakfast is also nice but same menu for everyday.
Disliked: We don't like the room size. As per cost the room is not up to the mark.

Liked: only the location is fine
Disliked: Service, Communication, Management everything was pathetic. Also they did follow up several time for booking confirmation and asked for payment 2 days early. Although the payment was opted for pay at property. After making the payment we called the hotel to check on confirmation and they said there is no booking for us. City tax was not included in the bill and we had to pay separately during check in.

Hotel property is okay, but...

Liked: I liked the nuts in the breakfast.
Disliked: I didn't like anything, coz rooms were so tiny just like a Matchbox, didn't meet my expectation, people are working there are not ready to speak in English's at all which makes other's person's life difficult, I have faced this issue, things are not planned, when we reached the location then there was no body at the reception, we had to pay local tax as well, which we were not aware of that time. I have been to IBIS mannier times, but this time was horrible
