Not a bad place to...
Liked: Excellent location, clean hotel, friendly staff, and a good breakfast.The rooms were pretty small, but they did the job.

Comfortable, clean hotel
Liked: The staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean and modern
Disliked: Doors slamming from other rooms can be heard which can be pretty annoying.Breakfast is very basic.

Ok for its purpose but...
Liked: Facilities were clean. Hotel is within a reasonable distance to landmarks with good public transport links.
Disliked: Rooms are quite small and lack amenities such as an iron. Staff are unprofessional concerning allergies and unable to provide an allergy guide when asked. Cooked breakfast choices were lacking with food running out frequently and not replenished.

Liked: Friendly stuff, nice hotel, clean room, tasty breakfast.
Disliked: Double bed is actually two beds together , and mattress moves to the outterside, so sleeping together hugging or with a baby in the middle is problematic, cause there is a hole. Windows can be open only fully not a bit in the top. Which is not safe for the child. No bags in the garbage bin , in case you have smth smelly like a diaper with a poo or so.

Disliked: I will always advise against it to anyone! i had to wait 3 months to receive a refund for a double payment of my stay (mistake made by them where instead of only charging me the resort fee, they charged me of the room cost already paid before my arrival). The transaction could have easily been cancelled on pos, instead they told me that this was not possible and that i would receive the refund by wire transfer. This transfer (they said) had been issued at the time of my check out (Dec. 23) and yet I was only able to get it back in March and ONLY AND ONLY thanks to the assistance of Booking (to which they responded by postponing making the transfer each time, but at least they would respond to them) and that personally reimbursed me because, to this day, the hotel still hasn't provided proof of the payment made to me. The only thing they were able to offer us for the trouble of robbing us of €400 (money that i should have spent for my holiday) was a voucher at the bar (used for a bottle of water). I wonder if they will respond to this review since they have been ignoring my calls and emails for 3 months.
