Disliked: The rooms were very basic: no fridge or electric kettle. The bathroom could also be cleaner in the corners. Also on the booking confirmation email, the hotel sent a mass email to all guests but didn’t BCC their emails. As such, when guests were confirming their bookings and hit ‘reply all’ I could see all the emails used to contact guests, as well as information of other guests confirming their arrival times. It’s giving GDPR violation low-key

Great place to stay while...

Liked: Well connected to the rest of the city with multiple metro lines. Quiet, clean. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: The room is small - however this is no surprise as it's as advertised.

Liked: The staff were exceptional! All kind and happy to help with questions, despite me barely speaking any french. The beds were comfy. Location is perfect, although it does not look like it on our street, a few steps away is a lovely neighborhood.
Disliked: The room smelled a little off. And I asked one receptionist if we could have some cleaning done. it was not done during our whole stay.
