Liked: Hotel has a great location, close to Gare de Lyon and from there you can be in the city centre in 10 min. The breakfast was excellent.

Liked: Good location. Room was fine. Good TV and sports channels.
Disliked: Sadly lots of rough sleepers on the street close to the hotel.No kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Superb

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and polite (particularly Lola and Marius).The “Standard Double Room with Sofa” we stayed in this time was bigger than the one we stayed in previously (for 3 adults); with a view of the garden.The breakfast was delicious and varied; with a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby throughout the day.The garden/terrace area was a wonderful surprise; and I’m sure it’s much better in the summer time.The location was ideal: lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby; Gare De Lyon was about 5-10 mins away.They were kind enough to store our luggage for 4 days while we traveled to Lyon.Definitely will not be our last stay!
Disliked: There wasn’t a safe or kettle in the room.Only a particular type of European plugs can be used in their sockets - so we had to take turns charging our devices and there weren’t any USB ports either.We had previously stayed in a different “Standard Double Room with Sofa” on the 2nd floor with a view of the city; it was much smaller - especially for 3 adults and their luggage.
