Small room, just for night....

RUDE AND BAD RECEPTIONIST

Liked: The manager was nice and solved the problem we had
Disliked: The reception staff was very rude specially the guy named WANES. I booked and paid a triple room (2) which has a double bed and a sofa bed but they were giving me a room with double bed only saying it has the same configuration. I was told that I had to call before checking in so that they can give me the room I want which is rodiculous since I already booked and paid the triple room through booking.com. WANES told me that I paid through booking.com and not at their hotel and that I should take up my complaint to them. He even told me that it was my fault by not calling in advance and by using booking.com to book a room. Because of this incident, I will never use a third party platform to book a hotel room again.

Good hotel, but had problems...

Liked: The Hotel is in a very great position, and provides many services which is a great value for its price.
Disliked: I might have been unlucky, but many of the staff I talked with were not great at understanding or speaking english. Also, during my stay I came back to my room to relax a bit around 15:00 and found the room not cleaned (which is very unusual but fine to be honest), the problem came when, after leaving, they did clean the room but left the door open which is completely unacceptable. Hope it was a one time mistake, but still not a great experience.
