Excellent location and staff

Liked: Very helpful personnel, excellent location and clean
Disliked: Rooms are a little small when you have 23kg luggage or more than one 8kg luggage.

I will never come back...

Disliked: staff was busy with phone and I paid 170 euro for 1 night and room was dirty with lots of bust

Liked: Exceptional Reception staff, welcoming and helpful.Dining room staff helpful too, breakfast room well set out and food very good.Room spacious and shower room too.Good location for Bastille.Would highly recommend.

Quality hotel in a reasonable...

Liked: A reasonable location, not particularly close to anything major (except Gare de Lyon), but in a good area and walkable to several places. Breakfast was reasonable but crowded. Good shops and cafes nearby.
Disliked: Room wasn't huge, and no drinks facilities in room (but free 24h coffee machine downstairs).

I had an amazing stay,...

Liked: The room was very clean, it had everything I needed. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and available at any time. They have a water dispenser at the reception. Also, they have free coffee 24h. The location was perfect, 15 min walking from Gare du Lyon, 2 minutes away from the bus station and 5 minutes away from the subway. The area is quiet and safe.
Disliked: Maybe having a mini fridge in the room would have been nice.

Tiny rooms and nothing good...

Liked: The location. That's about it.
Disliked: The rooms are tinchy. Carpets were dirty. Beds and pillows are uncomfortable.
