Disliked: AC was disabled, window could be opened to lower the temperature in the room but it also meant the traffic (tramways) could be heard from street.

Liked: Very kind and helpful staff. I actually managed to make an early check in
Disliked: There was a slight misunderstanding and gave me the wrong room in another customer's name. But nothing important.

Disliked: It was disappointing that a parking space was needed and the booking website indicated that there was a possibility to park, but upon arrival it turned out that there was no such possibility.

Liked: I stayed for one night at this hotel, and everything was fine. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The location is very convenient, situated in a nice area. Overall, a pleasant experience for a quick stopover!
