Very good

Liked: Public transport links were good. I used the 12 bus and ligne 2 tram. Breakfast was nice . I enjoyed my stay in beautiful Nice, Cöte d'Azure.
Disliked: There were very few information leaflets or maps on display.

tiring and staff provided no...

Disliked: There was no air conditioning ... it was way too hot in the room so we had to open windows at the airport. We did not sleep.Thin Mattresses slip off when you sleep and show how the original mattress is filthy

Expensive. Impersonal

Liked: Easy to find. Reception staff (male) welcoming. Nice bread at breakfast. Appreciated noon check out which is very unusual as it's usually 10. Unpleasant smell in lobby and from my bedroom sink.
Disliked: Breakfast coffee awful. No staff to help at breakfast with questions but one quite abrupt woman member of staff.who said "we speak English or French here not Spanish" to a Spanish guest who asked to fill a container with water. No undersheet on bed just one sheet on top of a mattress topper. Not hygienic really. Would have been nice to offer a biscuit in the bedrooms instead of nothing
