The stay started out very...
Liked: The staff actively found me an alternative room when I was dissatisfied with the original room. Staff was friendly understanding and helpful
Disliked: Level 2 rooms had spider webs all over the windows. There were no flyscreens and spiders got into the room. Rooms were dated and very dark. Smelt damp because of the lack of natural light. Air con did not work properly and was covered in dirt and dust.

Disappointing.
Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Property and rooms are old and badly in need of a refresh. Felt a little uncomfortable in public areas. Wouldn't hurt to sWeep up the leaves from the outdoor dining area

Not advised of grubs /...
Liked: Location
Disliked: Emergency accommodation guests staying at same hotel. Junkies/grub guests sitting drinking alcohol and smoking at front entrance doors. Hotel entrance stank of cigarette smoke. Hotel has become worse since our last stay. I was checking the bed for previous use before using it myself. Will never stay here again.

I booked the cheapest room...
Liked: The location
Disliked: She’s old & tired, but clean-ish. The bathroom was this weird circular pre-fabbed pod dropped in the corner of a square room and felt like it came from a caravan accessories clearance sale. There was a visible stain on the bed cover, but the sheets were clean & the mattress was comfy. Needs better pillows. The single pump bottle of soap (?) for all body cleaning uses wasn’t appealing. Power points for charging devices were in awkward places. Corridors & elevator smelled … musty. Amenities are only very very basic.
