Cheap hotel with high price

Liked: I liked that receptionist called me a taxi when I needed one.
Disliked: Room was near elevator, it was cold in the room and the heating was not working, bed was hard and uncomfortable with small pillows, breakfest could have more options and room has some weird plastic toilet built into room, realy strange. I wouldnt be so unhappy if the price was mathcing the room standard. Way expensive for what they offer, I wont come back for sure.

Liked: location is fine and accessible by U-Bahn
Disliked: Upon check in my friend was allocated a random room and then was charged EUR740 to retrieve his luggage (held hostage!) if we didnt pay again for a room we hadnt booked !!! which resulted in my having to have an assertive discussion with nightshift that when we checked in and requested pur room key that we shouldnt have been allocated ANOther room by a contract staff member. This did have a good ending as we received a full refund but the situation was 100% avoidable by the hotel.

Overnight stay

Liked: My second stay this year and I am happy that they finally managed to fix one of the elevators. This is my favourite accommodation in Munich. The value for money is good enough and the city centre is reachable within 30 minutes.
Disliked: I have no negative comments.
