Passable
Disliked: I made a mistake while booking, staff were slow to respond. The company was very inflexible and not willing to accommodate what so ever.

For a one night stay...
Liked: The room was really dark for sleeping
Disliked: The check in, the guy didn’t know what he was doing. He asked my name 5 times, how I made my reservation 3 times, I paid and 2 minutes later he asked how I was going to pay. The breakfast was not good, the eggs were just like balls of eggs stick together and overcooked.

Two week stay turned disappointing
Liked: Food was good people were nice and hotel was clean
Disliked: At the end of my stay, I went to reception to pay 3000.pesos and inadvertently paid4000 pesos.I realized it very quickly and told them what happened..... I was told to wait and wait, and wait.My stay had come to an end and I was told that they had to check the cameras, fine. I waited then I said I was going to the store. By now it was getting close to an hour 😕.The Assistant Cesar Martinez came out and said that they could not view the cameras because he had to call someone to get the CODES!!!!I have been a manager, supervisor women's clothing buyer, etc and I have never heard of this....Ok so I'm easily to get along with so ok I leave w/out my money.Later I get email sorry but he was unable to get the codes!I spent two weeks there and this was how I was treated.First, I was ask if I wanted to come in the office to watch the camera then told to sit outside.I will say that they saw that it happened just like I said and they decided they were not going to admit it.Meaning they knew I overpaid on that day that I paid and refused to admit they were dishonest.So, they double down and strung a paying customer alone.Had I been in that situation I would gladly profusely apologize and given the customer her money.Greatly disappointed in people's lack of integrity.So, the end two weeks in that manner was not pleasant.For that reason I would not recommend the hotel.
