Disliked: Stay was horrible. the room stinks, AC didn't work the whole night, room wasn't soundproof as i could hear other rooms making noises even at 1am. It was a hot day in Melbourne and without the AC it was nightmare but when i asked the staff if they could change my room, they said the last room was switched 15mins ago and he said 4 or 5 people from different rooms said the same thing about the AC not working so i guess the whole Hotel doesn't have AC LOL

Disliked: Unfortunately for 1 night we paid $450 due to last minute booking. Not worth $450 but I'm sure whatever their normal rate is it's worth itWe booked queen room but was given queen accessible which is fine. But the shower basically flooded due to the bathroom style
