Liked: Staff were great. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: The rooms were tiny - much smaller than I expected and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable.

Meets expectations - no more...

Liked: Contactless check-in was easy, quick and hassle free. Excellent location. Comfortable and quiet room, reasonably well equipped. The room had a good view and was close to trains/buses/trams, and many places to eat.
Disliked: The room was small - but I knew that beforehand, which was fine. I thought it was quite expensive for a budget hotel option - for a single night stay, it was more than I wanted to pay - I will look around more next time.
