Liked: Services all right
Disliked: Came back from room 410 with bed-bugs bites on my body (only bed outside home I slept in about 2 months and now that I am home the signs are disappearing)

Very poor

Lovely staff at the front...

Liked: Very polite and helpful staff.
Disliked: The lift wasn’t working. We were then put on the first floor to minimise the walking up the stairs which is fine, however, I had paid for a double bed and I was given two twins that were pushed together, meaning that I was falling through the middle each evening. Also, my Mums shower wasn’t working properly with almost zero pressure.

Liked: Comfy and quiet room, large bathroom, large safe box that can hold a 15" laptop. Generous buffet breakfast in the garden with sweet and salty choices, very good tea and coffee. Kind and very helpful staff.Excellent location, near Timone metro station and many bus lines, grocery stores across the street, safe and calm
Disliked: The elevator did not function during our stay but the staff gracefully helped bring our suitcases upstairs. Breakfast buffet was repetitive.

It suits my needs .Room...

Liked: Location was perfect next to a metro station . The breakfast needs to have some selections .The choices are a bit slim
Disliked: The lift was unfortunately not working and the reception hall has a strange smell.

Liked: The staff was fantastic. Vivienne...Sarah and the morning gentleman who filled my water bottle were wonderful and deserve a raise.
Disliked: The loud ambulance and police sirens .
