Comfortable and close to airport
Liked: Very close to airport. You could even walk. Good buffet breakfast, but there are different levels of breakfast and they didn't tell us that. :( Room was comfortable, but only one outlet, so difficult for charging devices. Bed was comfortable but pillows pretty thin. Bathroom good, but only 2 towels.
Disliked: Need more outlets for charging, more towels.

Very very poor
Liked: Convenient
Disliked: The room was dirty - dirty towels in the bathroom on the floor - dirty sock in the bedroom and the bed wasn’t made properly

Passable

Convenient, in this instance good...
Liked: Efficient check-in/check-outStaff mostly smiling and helpful, especially at breakfast.
Disliked: Restaurant: welcome and service rather hurried, yet starters arrived lukewarm. Value for money disappointing.Room furnishings: in the wake of COVID and surfing the wave of greenwashing, have become exceedingly spartan. No brush for the WC, was (quite courteously) told this was 'not allowed', being the exclusive task of the 'room process' by the staff. Absurd.Minor: elevator poster advises i.a. to air out, window sticker requests to keep windows shut (mosquitoes)

Passable
Liked: Professional, courteous staff. Excellent breakfast, fresh, varied produce.
Disliked: I have used this hotel several times over the years and always complemented the comfortable rooms and excellent bedding, but not this time. I had the feeling I had stepped into a part of the hotel hitherto unknown. The room was cramped. The beds consisted of a metallic substructure supporting bedslats with matresses placed on top, that constantly slithered around, so I spent some time trying not to fall out. We had to move sideways past the foot of the bed to get around the room. The bizarre decor meant that half of the ceiling was painted brown while the other half was white, and that led the tone for the rest of the room, with one brown curtain and one red. Colours not conducive to a good night’s sleep. We unfortunately did not sleep a wink. So disappointing after all my good experiences with Ibis hotels in many places.
