Extremely noisy

Liked: The breakfast and the location near the train station
Disliked: Extremely noisy. Could hear people next door and above talking, walking or using the bathroom not just the shower.

Basic standard, but great location...

Liked: I needed accomodation near the Train Station. It was only for one night. I arrived late and left early next morning.Facilities size of the room were of secondary significance.
Disliked: Shower head was damaged which made showering quite difficult but not impossible. I had behind me a very long flight (from Australia) so I put up with this as I mostly needed a goog night sleep.

Good place to sleep between...

Liked: Just needed a place to stay the night between train connections. Can’t beat the location. Staff was friendly
Disliked: Bed wasn’t super comfortable

Superb

Liked: The hotel is right next to the Marseille train station, which makes it very convenient for transport. You can easily reach other places of interest in Marseille on foot or by public transport. It has a very adequate breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing
