Liked: Practical location a bit out of centre, but still good walking distance to St Charles, 20 mins to Vieux Port, and 5 mins to metro Joliette, in a modernized neigborhood.. Room in the known basic Ibis way, with a tiny touch of style. I was in an upper floor to the north side, which was quiet. Good breakfast, useful bar. Even though there is no lack of good restaurants in walking distance, the option for dinner in the hotel is useful when arriving late, and the kitchen was good.
Disliked: A hotwater maker or coffee machine in the room would be nice, but that's looking for an invisible hair in the soup as by default it is not part of the Ibis deal.

Liked: It's a hotel in a safe area, next to a big shopping mall and with plenty of choices to eat. Actually the hotel's restaurant is very good! Clean rooms and helpful staff. Recommended!
