Disliked: Access to contact could be better (called front desk multiple times with no response).

All staff were very friendly; very clean; lovely breakfast; peaceful even though in a busy area.

Disliked: There was maintenance noise when we arrived at 3pm and again in the morning (at 9:30 am) which woke us up. Also a maintenance worker knocked on the door asking to come in and fit something in the room at around 9:35am which was embarrassing as I was still in my pyjamas at the time.

Disliked: Reception staff wanting to charge £10 for 2 pm check in when I had email from ibis stating check in from 2pm

Good value for money

Liked: Good location. 10 min walk from station / centre. Good cooked breakfast and lovely staff. Room was spacious. Slept great and did not hear any noise from the road.
Disliked: Room could have been cleaner. Stains in bathroom and we found a dirty glass between the bed frame and headboard and a piece of a blue rubber glove in the bed sheets.
