Disliked: We were unfortunately staying at the same time as a teenage cricket team ... apparently we were the only room on level 2 that were not teenagers - they were horrible - knocking on each other's doors - and very loud

Liked: Love the large comfy bed, love the fact you can actually adjust the ac to the temp you want it set to.
Disliked: The small area of the shower and the shape of the cubicle made it very hard to wash hair or even keep the entire floor from getting saturated

Liked: - Staff were very friendly and super helpful! - Really good location if flying in or out of Mackay, not ideal if you want to go into town but staff are more then happy to organise taxi etc. - Room was clean, beds were comfortable. - Food at the property is good, reasonably priced & very convenient with restaurants open hours.
