Comfortable and convenient location

Liked: Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable . Very close to the station.
Disliked: I would like a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. There are lots of homeless people sleeping on the road by Westfield, although they didn’t cause any trouble and you can always walk through the station building instead.

Good value for your money

Liked: It has a restaurant, a bar and a comfortable lounging area in the lobby. It is near bus stops and some restaurants. It’s also a 15-20 minute walk to the train station. Staff were nice and hospitable.
